The knowledge of lifesaving techniques are of utmost importance to us.
To develop and promote awareness of water safety.
We teach skills such as drowning prevention, lifesaving and personal survival these are taught in the pool also inland and coastal locations.
Our members achieve lifesaving awards which includes Bronze Medallion, the flagship of the RLSS, and then can move on to Award of Merit.
Followed by open water awards Bronze Cross/Silver Cross the final award of lifesaving is Distinction an award that demands a high level of Skill from the participant.
With a proven training programme for all ages from young children to adults.
